📦 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and packaged within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Each box is hand-packed and prayed over before shipment to ensure quality and care.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50

Flat Rate Shipping: $7.95 for orders under $50

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your Faithwink account to check your order status anytime.
❗ Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order leaves our facility, we entrust it to the postal carrier.

Faithwink is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft during transit.

If your order appears lost, please contact your carrier directly using your tracking number.

We’re happy to assist in providing details to help with claims or investigations.
💖 Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, please email support@faithwink.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
We will gladly replace the damaged item or issue store credit.
🏡 Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
Faithwink is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error after placing your order, email support@faithwink.com within 12 hours — we’ll do our best to update it before shipping.
